"Bronze" Ltd - Sofia, Production base - Dolna Oryahovitsa
has long-standing traditions in the area
of foundry work and in the machine-building. The firm was established in
1964 and at first it was specialized in production of castings
of non-ferrous alloys - bronze and brass.
Since 1971 a machine-building department starts working. Its main activity is the
production of machinery for reconstruction, modernization and new
equipment for foundries, and also tools equipment like: dies, matrixes, welded
construction and various devices. The production of machines
for moulding of thermoplastics is mastered in 1986. In
1997 the company starts producting thermoplastics machines entirely
by its own desing. The first one of them - TM 80/40, wins
a gold medal at the Plovdiv techical fair in the autumn of 1997.
A new kind of goods are producer through these machines - plastic details for the
construction and everyday life like for example consoles and junction boxes, small
palettes, hangers and other details manufactured with clients` tools having a volume up to
3200 cm3. By this way the range of articles for construction
and everyday is broadened with manual cutter for reinforcing steel, manual
guillotines for cutting of sheets metal, siphons of aluminum and brass, barbecue and some
others. Production of park and street interior - decorative
street lanterns, consoles, emblems, bench legs, table, small pylons and
others - is introduced since 1993. These articles are made of aluminum alloys, mainly for
export. In 1999 the company starts production spare parts for the agricultural
machines, such as: aluminum needles for baling-machines, aluminum safety - bonnet for
trailer, some part for gear-box of "Niva" combine, shafts, cog-wheels,
bushes. We also produce all spare parts for the sanding equipment, needed by
the road administration in the country - for trucks of models: GAZ, ZIL, SKODA and IFA.
Specific spare parts substitutes to the imported , ones like shovels for snow-ploughs and
knives for rotor mowers, are made by errand of the road administration.
A
line for reparation of road-side elastic elements - the mantling, is developped in 2000
year.
Our production range improves and broadens constantly and the products we offer to our
clients are always at very high level and quality.
Today,
the main purpose in our work is to respond to the high requires of the customers. In spite
of the hardship in our country, we are working also for the foreign
market.
Market orientation of the company is addressed to the Bulgarian and the foreign
market. "Bronze" Ltd export its production with
a great success to Spain, Russia, Germany, Italy and other
countries.
TECHNOLOGICAL
EQUIPMENT AND CAPACITY
The
company has a large capacity for production of various types of parts - through casting or
chip disposal. We have routine for centrifugally casting, casting in stilts, casting in
soil, and also many equipment for model-box and stilts. The firm is in possession many
unique machines, which involves high technological potentialities. We have at our disposal
various machine-tools:
- Lathes with
cinematically operated, with maximum length of details for mechanically processing up to
6000mm;
- Lathes with
CPU;
- Vertical boring
and turning machine;
- Cutters
omnidirectional and cutter with CPU;
- Milling-planer
machine with working table - 5500x1900mm;
- Driling jig -
boring machine with working table - 1500x1900mm;
- Jig-boring
machine with very high accuracy;
- Grinder machine
for plane and circular grinding of details with requirements for smoothness and accuracy
/maximum length of details up to 3000mm/;
- Stoss
machine(vertical shaper, sloting machine, slotter)
- Shaping
machine(shaper);

POTENTIAL
The
"Bronze" Ltd - Sofia has very well trained specialists, whose qualification
guarantees the quality during the whole producing process. The staff includes 80 persones
and 70% of them have more than 20 years of practice in the company.
The firm has a
development group where clients may give errands for product desing, technological working
out and development of an article through the entire producting process up toits final
production in metal.
LOCATION
The company is
located in Veliko Tarnovo county in North Bulgaria. The "Bronze" Ltd - Sofia,
production base - Dolna Oryahovitsa is situated at a distance of 6km from the town of
Gorna Oryahovitsa. It is near to an international airport and main railway junction - the
town of Gorna Oryahovitsa and to the main highway Sofia - Varna and Rousse-Plovdiv. Thise
is very appropriate for our clients.
